Waiver of Liability

NOTICE TO ALL USERS OF THESE FACILITIES EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - ASSUMPTION OF RISKS - JURISDICTION OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 

As a condition of use of the Mamquam River Campground and facilities, you assume all risks of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to: the risks, dangers and hazards of camping; in vehicles or tents, use of camp fires, camping tools and equipment, bear boxes, outhouse toilets, use of motor vehicles and other natural occurrences such as: falling trees or branches, animal attacks, extreme weather events, flooding, wild-fire and all recreational activities: swimming, slacklining, bouldering wall,  duty hiking and biking. Neglect or breach of contract, or breach of any statutory of care on the part of the Mamquam River Campground and their associated companies and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, successors and assigns, and Her majesty The Queen in the Province of British Columbia hereinafter collectively referred to as Mamquam River Campground, You agree that Mamquam River Campground will not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property and release Mamquam River Campground and waive all claims with respect thereto. Any litigation involving Mamquam River Campground shall be brought solely within the Province of British Columbia and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You further agree that these conditions and any rights, duties and obligations as between Mamquam River Campground and you shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction.
