Camper Expectations
- Check-in between 3 - 9 PM. Check-out is noon.
- Please remember that you are in a shared environment with other campers, wildlife and local people accessing the Mamquam River. Conduct yourself, children and pets in a responsible “Leave No Trace” manner. Dogs must be on a leash.
- Please be wildlife aware. Do not leave animal attractants, such as food outside on your picnic table, on the ground or in your tent. We have bear proof lockers for your use in our Walk-in tent areas. Keeping wildlife attractants in your vehicle, trailer or RV is best.
- Please be fire safe and aware of your fire at all times. Only have fires in steel firepits provided. Do not burn anything except the firewood provided by the campground staff. Do not burn plastics. Keep campfires small and ensure they are extinguished prior to going to sleep. No fires during fire bans or during windy situations.
- Please dispose of your dishwater into our Dishwashing station or into the nearest outhouse. Clean up after yourself.
- Do not feed or disturb horses next door to campground. Do not put anything on fence which is electrified for containment and security.
- No generators, dirt bikes, quads or drones in the campground.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service and includes cancelling bookings based on the state, condition and mechanical soundness of any vehicle, camper, trailer, RV, Bus or camping unit.
- No structures can be erected other than tarps.
- All bookings must have the person who pays (by credit card or cash) for the booking as the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of the other people in the booking and the primary guest must be camping onsite. Any damages or disputes will be the responsibility of the primary guest.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation start date. No partial refunds for stays shortened for any reason. Each booking includes a 20% non-refundable booking fee.
- Group cancellations are given an 80% refund with 2 weeks' notice and 50% refund with 1 week's notice. Each booking includes a 20% non-refundable booking fee.
